Are Weight Watchers meetings vital to weight loss?
I have the books to track the points, but I wanted to go to meetings as well. However, I looked up the meeting schedules and locations and they completely clash with my school schedule (I would have to drop a class just to go to meetings). Will I likely be as successful if I don’t go to meetings?
