Burning fat and taking protein. Will it help?
I asked this already but no one answered. I currently am trying to burn 10 pounds of fat and replace it with about 4-5 lbs of muscle. I work out about 5-7 hours a week on an elliptical and I do some strength training. I have already changed my diet to be healthy with lots of veggies and fruit.
I feel like I am not consuming enough protein because i feel so weak and shaky at the gym even if I just ate. I want to tone up and become stronger. I am a female so I don’t want to bulk up but will taking Whey Protein hinder my fat loss results? Will it even help me?
